Guissepe's stall.

Guissepe's is my favoutite stall on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He always has something of interest, and today was no exception. He had a siver baritone made in China. It was in perfect condition, but as usual, there was no case or mouthpiece. His mate Derek said that the Chinese make the best brass instruments now, and that this one played beautifully, and had a wonderful tone. I wondered how he knew this., particularly when he said it was a tuba. I tried to tell him that it was a baritone, but he would hear nothing of it. I am forbidden from bringing home any more instruments, but another dealer saw that I looked interested and carried it away, to try and talk Derek down from the £35 he wanted for it. This is when I spotted this motley collection of objets d'art. An I.D. card, a hints to mothers on the treatment of their children, from teething to teens, and a rude souvenir of Sicily, which Guissepe swears he modelled for. The book for mothers dealing with children from teething to teens, is a very slim one, but perhaps things were much simpler then. Anyway a quickish blip today, minor surgery beckons, and I haven't packed my grip yet.
Hasta luega.
