Swimming

As per last week I took Arlo for a long walk before his swimming, he wasn't as accomodating as last week (despite me letting him eat some of my croissant) and so the number of shots taken was low.

First game of rugby this season - was tough, it hurt and we got beat. I captained the side, which I hate doing, and forgot to call the toss when asksed just watched the coin go up in the air and then land on the ground. Leading by example!

Can't remember a single tune being listened to today. No wait I do remember hearing some Staple Singers on the radio. Can't remember the exact tune, but it was from this raw bluesy era.
