Victor

A colleague spotted this man sitting outside the parliament this morning so I wandered down to take his photo and find out why he was protesting.

Victor has been struggling with anti-social behaviour from his neighbours and has been roundly ignored by the council and the police despite the ombudsman and the PCC acknowledging that there is a case to be answered. He's asked his MSP for some help in getting the matter resolved and has been roundly ignored, so he's decided it's time to make his frustrations more public. He's concious that the police might try to move him on, but is determined it'll take an arrest to budge him.
