I went out for lunch today. I don't normally go very far on a Saturday but today I made an exception.

A lovely lunch with a friend. We hadn't seen each other for a few years for one reason or another. The good thing was, we picked up where we left off. Chatted and chatted, ate lunch and carried on chatting. Not one second of silence! It was good to hear the news, share the memories and talk about future plans.

I think I should go out on a Saturday more often!!
