I'm a big fan of the local library...
Busy old day, weans off to the football training, quick visit to the butchers (impulse buy of wood pigeon ....) and then off to the library with Callum. He's loving the concept of just going in and getting books. So we walked out with one on volcanoes, one on space and one on animals. The girl at the desk gave me a leaflet explaining the new opening hours. These have been cut as part of the overall cuts in services. To think a large amount of libraries were set up by Victorian philanthropists, guess they knew more about their importance than the current lot of shits.
Dawn took the boys down to cinema and I had an afternoon wandering the Carron mooching about and getting some shots, I think I have a couple of ideas coalescing. Will feed weans and then settle down with some lamb shanks and a few IPA's and blondes and some telly.
The title is a lyric from British Sea Powers song Who's In Control? bemoaning the cuts and the resistance to them. Be warned the video contains violence and full frontal nudity... you've already clicked haven't you???
Anybody fancy going to see them at the Liquid Rooms Sunday 31st Oct.?
Shot looks better big.
