The party

Today was the first wedding anniversary for our friends B and M. All the people who were at the reception were invited to a party in the village hall. It was great fun. We had lovely food. Later there was a charity raffle with 22 prizes. They were nearly all wonderful prizes with the occasional "booby" prizes. Elvis even visited, but sadly whenever he started singing the soundtrack cut out...

I took photos of as many people as I could. Here is my friend L. I like the way she is looking upwards and not at the camera. Her eyes are sparkling as they usually are.

Most of us will be back in the village hall on Saturday for a Golden Wedding party.
