Knackered!
Thought I'd blip my bike today for two reasons 1. I didn't take my camera to work with me today because 2. I cycled into work. I suppose it wasn't major, I've done over double the distance on my bike, but I didn't put any time constraints on myself before. I left half an hour later than I intended too this morning as well. Still I did not bad, it was eight or nine miles which I did in an hour or slightly less. Not particularly fast I know, but not bad going for me.
The other big step about today's cycle was that I've never done a long run on a Taekwon Do night before either. Taekwon Do seemed to go ok though. The start was tough when one of the instructors decided, while doing pad work we should do a punch then a push up then two punches and a pushup, then three punches and a pushup and so on all the way up to ten and back down again. When it's described it doesn't sound too bad but it's definitely tougher than it sounds, especially with tired legs.
I'm knacked now, but I'm rewarding myself with a well earned Makers Mark and Coke.
