Not the most inspirational thing

I could say that my photography is akin to Newcastle United, lots of raw talent but ultimately achieving nothing...

But to be honest I would be selling myself short (unlike the club).

For the past two years I have blipped away anything and nothing without thinking too much about what exactly had drawn me to that particular photo, but today was different. I was attending a fundraising conference inside of St James' Park when I finally realised that I had never been there before - I had walked past on plenty of occasions, photographed and even sketched at one point in my life. But to be within a stones throw of the hallowed turf meant...

Well to be honest absolutely nothing to me at all. And for a so called Geordie that should be worrying but I was never a footie fan. To me achieving the big 730 on Blipfoto means more, I just wish that I had chosen a far more worthy photo.

Well I have a whole year to think on it ;)
