ginger molasses bounty

most of my joyful food time lately has been devoted to work on the farm with armfuls of veggies and getting lost in my favorite blackberry patch with good friends... so i thought a return to the oven was in order. what other than my new favorites - perfectly sweet and spicy, soft with a crunch of turbinado sugar on the outside. ginger molasses heaven :)
