Goosey Goosey Goosander

Which is, of course, a duck. Six of them on the Tay at the Ferry today - three here, three up towards the docks, fishing (I saw one with a fish). Beautiful birds, great hair-dos - wouldn't like to get in the way of those beaks though. Also got some nice shots of turnstones turning to their winter plumage, large group including some juveniles.

Feels like ages since last blip - been a busy few days and Jem's been off, but managed t get a wee walk in today.
