Sunshine on a cloudy day.

Back to work after a lovely long weekend. Weather very overcast and a little chilly!

I popped to the allotment at lunchtime to check on my girls after the sighting of a stoat under the shed yesturday. I am hoping he will just eat the rats. All was well and M had strimmed my grass in return for a jar of my beetroot chutney.

He then plyed me with rhubarb and sweetcorn (the rats had demolished mine) and I promised to make him a rhubarb pie.

I enjoyed the sweetcorn for my tea and yes it did taste as good as it looks!
