Night oot.

Maddy has a hectic weekend this weekend. She stayed at Sam, Alex and Chloe's last night. We had time to meet them all for a swim today then we took Mads home and she got ready for her friend Eilidh's twelfth birthday.

Since we had a night off we headed into town for dinner. In the end we opted for Mexican from the Blue Parrot and damn nice it was too. We both had chimichangas and I washed mine down with a couple of mojitos. Once we'd had dinner we decided to head up to Peckhams to buy some cake and some Rum so I could drink more mojitos (it was after ten and Peckhams sell alcohol until midnight).

We don't often end up driving round Edinburgh at night time these days and it was odd to see just how many stag and hen parties were staggering around. It kind of made me glad we're not out in the town centre much these days.

Anyway we're back homenow and I'm sat here with some toffee lumpy bumpy cake and a very large mojito. A nice ending to a nice night.

Oh, I've back-blipped for yesterday now too.
