Today we cleaned up the yard. This afternoon our wine group had a conference. Each couple brought a bottle of wine and prepared an appetizer. Our wine was a Umbrian Merlot by Felesco. Gina prepared stuffed grape leaves. Kalamata olives, green olives, Gorgonzola cheese, fresh basil, red pepper, garlic, plum tomatoes, and spices were wrapped in grape leaves and served with cherry tomatoes. Delicious!
