Fraise Conserve
It was a bit of a nasty afternoon and Fraser was getting cabin fever, so we went out to the strawberry farm and bought some ready-picked jam strawberries.
Then we went to the shops and bought some jam sugar while Fraser and his friend Duncan went to the indoor skateboard park.
When we got home, Fraser and Linz made this lovely pan of jam "Fraise"
Two whole jars for (just) under five pounds.
A bargain.
It is beautiful and tastes like summer.
