Bagatelle, ? Flipper ?

Found this in a bag of bits for our Market, don't know how old, but with the illustration of Cowboys fighting Indians, (Sorry, Native Americans), it was made before the days of Polictical Correctness.
Going to keep it so the kids can play with it, no batteries, all can use it and they have to add up in their heads ! Must be good.
