Biker Meet

Xanten Market Square, this morning. The Town organised their first Biker Meet today, we have several un-official ones before, but this time there was Live Music, Beer stands and Bratty Stalls. There are plenty of cafes and Icecream Parlours here anyway!
As is usual for such an event there were hardly any Young People, only a few looking, average age of the Bikers was middle 50s and older, Bikes ranged from Harleys, ( All very noisy) through Sports and Tourers, Old Timers, well there were a few, mostly English Triumphs and BSAs. Nice just chatting "Bike"and watching people. Then a big Black Cloud rolled up and we ran for Home, just got there before the Heavens opened, Pity, as it was good. have a Good Mayday , we will be watching Sat 3 for the Old Concerts.
