Angry clouds

Puked up during the night, running a wee temp so had to cancel sea kayaking.

Absolutely gutted, got out of bed at 1.00 and did nothing much.

Tried to stroll with eco mum and juno but tired.

Watched 39 steps, which I like.


Early to bed as the girls have a game tomorrow.
