Watermelon

Think I'm hitting a blip wall at the moment, struggling for inspiration for the last few days. Not helped today as I seem to have come down with flu this afternoon, just in time for the bank holiday weekend! Hopefully it will go as quickly as it came.

I love watermelon, but it's never the same over here as it is when you eat it on holiday - must be the sunshine factor. Not keen on any of the other melon varieties, just this one.
It has to be eaten on its own (in my opinion anyway!) as if you put it in a fruit salad it just tastes of the other fruit.

Rained most of the day today and we've just had a thunder and lightening storm - I'm going to be optimistic and hope that this will have cleared the air so it can be a lovely sunny day tomorrow!
