Its all too much!

I can't believe how hot it is here! My poor baby has decided she doesn't like the heat and has been a bit of a groompis! The day didn't start well for her anyway as I gave her a bath and she wasn't best pleased! For a baby born in water it does surprise me how much she hates her bath!

I am amazed every day by my 5 year old son! He is old before his time and I swear he has been here before! Right now we are going through a faze about death and Jesus! He has a slight obsession with what happened to Jesus on the cross! He has been trying to get his head around the fact that Jesus died on the cross and then came back to life! I explained to him that Jesus came back to life as he is God's son! He then frowned and thought for a while before saying "So that means because I am Auntie Nic's Godson, I will come back to life too!" I can see his logic here but why is my 5 year old thinking about Jesus and dying instead of when he is going to jump in his next puddle or play Pirates?

He has always confused us and since he could talk he has always spoken of "people" he can see! His first friend was named Bob! Bob started visiting him when he was 1 and a half and still in his cot! He would sit up and point to the end of his cot saying Bob over and over again! We recently re-built said cot for his baby sister and once it was assembled he pointed to the corner and said "That's where Bob used to sit!" When we moved to Germany he was 2 and a half and he soon had someone new to "chat" to! He told us she was in a car that went Bang Bang with another car! Our 2 and a half year old had never been exposed to any form of car crash! We later found out that 10 years previously a military family had lived near by and their daughter aged 16 had died in a car crash 5 minutes from where we lived!
