10 years on

Today I have been going out with the lovely Cyclops for ten years! Wow! As we have been married for six years we do not generally celebrate this anniversary but the August bank holiday is pretty easy to remember and we thought ten years was worth a dinner and some shows.

Fringe Show 26: Mr Kolpert (4*)
Dinner party hosts claim to have murdered the eponymous Mr Kolpert - but are they joking? Dark and twisty with some very charismatic actors. Liked it.

Fringe Show 27: Hood! (4.5*)
A Tim Burton inspired retelling of Little Red Riding Hood (pictured) with creepy wood urchins and swearing and blood. Dark dark dark, with very tight choreography and effective a capella musical accompaniment.
