Into the unknown

We left Christchurch and what promises to be a lovely weekend with a trailer full of wood to build a deck atthe section. You can see from this shot that the weather may not be that flash on the West Coast this weekend.

This shot was taken from the side of Lake Pearson, I have always wanted to get a shot of it with the hills mirrored in it, unfortunately lake Pearson looked like a tsunami was crossing it...maybe next time.

Just a note, I take the pics crossing the Alps then upload into IPad, I then have about 4 minutes of signal to upload going through Arthurs Pass with 3G signal.
