Sad Monday

Today Canada lost a good politician, a good man. Jack Layton was open-minded, open-hearted, sincere to the point of candour and generous to the very last moment. I was heavy-hearted all day, I lost my favourite politician.

I had intended to blip a picture of the Montreal skyline by night. Instead I am blipping a picture of Montrealers at a vigil tonight. A more human picture.
