Butterfly, Natural History Museum
A good morning. Spoke to three art directors and a director of photography about showing them my book - photography, of course (appointments made for this week), plus the lovely Susana called me for a week's booking in May... yeh!
To celebrate I treated myself to a visit to the butterfly exhibit at the Natural History Museum... by car! Nice trip as it was raining, but I did the maths after and together with congestion charge, parking, entrance and lunch my little excursion came to a total of just under thirty quid... ouch!
If I'd gone by bus and not had lunch it would have amounted to half. And if I joined the NUJ even less because I would have got in to see the butterflies for free. (Note to self: join the NUJ).
Anyway, back to the butterflies. I took lots of pics (through steamed up spectacles), but chose this one because he is actually doing something rather than just sitting around looking pretty.
