Corporate Art ?

Was in a building in Downtown Detroit today. REALLY nice lobby I had to walk thru to go eat at the Hard Rock Cafe.
The building is a software company and their lobby has this fountain/glass/artsy thing. It is awsome to see.

Do we need it to sell their stuff?- dont think so
AM i paying more for their stuff since they have this "art" in the lobby- probably.

I am not picking on them in particular but over the top is first to my mind....
The atrium is TEN Stories High.... This sculpture is HUGE, huge, with water raining down from the ceiling at that.

On a side note,. I am probably just bitter that I did not have a lense with me to capture the whole thing..... I should have had my 50mm lense, damn.
