Up early to finish my presentation, that I had worked on until late last night.

Then off to the conference at 9, setting up for my 10am slot. Went well. Technology worked, subject matter appeared to interest, and flow went well. Pleased.

Then watched a session, lunch, and then headed back over Arthurs Pass, in simply sublime weather.

But as usual, I was on a deadline. had to pick up my brother-in-law at 5.45. Picked up, and we departed at 6.15 for Wanaka. Roads were fine, arrived at 10.45, several wines, and then bed. 700ish km, and coast to coast including 2 passes.

Whew, what a day!
