at least i could follow the plot unlike pirates of the caribbean 2 which we watched last night. great fx but blimey what was going on?

a blur of activity from tennis lessons to a kids party in one of those pubs in the middle of a retail park trying to pretend it's a country pub to the supermarket to home where i fell in a heap and was revived by tears, writing a list of everything i'm trying to achieve and having a good swim.

eating tea and smelling a pile of ironed hankies was good for the soul.

carpet biter2 was caught today with a fully loaded supersoaker water pistol in his school bag. as he's only in his first year of primary, seems a bit soon to be disaffected...
