The US laws about pasteurised and unpasteurised cheese means that the cheese on board the ship is very dull (though totally hygenic, safe and there is no risk of anyone being sued).

Visiting French markets, I confess to succumbing to temptation and to smuggling the occasional cheese into my cabin.
