View from the top!

We got up early this morning, packed our bags and headed into Melbourne to Cheryl's house! We dropped Spence off there and then Kaz and I had the next about 24 hours to ourselves!!

We drove further into the city, had lunch at a cafe in Brunswick Street, then went to the factory outlets shops in Smith Street, then checked into our hotel! We are staying at the Hilton On The Park (5 star, if you don't mind!!) and when we checked in they upgraded us to the top floor (20th) in a better room with a great view of the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground), the city and Port Phillip Bay!!

We went and saw a movie in Carlton in the afternoon (a french movie called 'Little White Lies' which we really enjoyed) then came back near the hotel and went out for tea to an Indian restaurant! We scoffed our faces with delicious food and are now laying in our King size bed after having watched an episode of 'The Block' on the laptop!!

We are up early tomorrow to have the 6 week scan then we will go to the National Gallery of Victoria to see a photography exhibition on water, then go out for lunch to a nice Japanese restaurant then go pick up Spence!!

It's not every day we get to spend time together just the two of us so we try to pack as much in as we can!! We are loving it!
