Kayaking!

We decided this morning to go on an adventure! So we loaded the kayaks onto the roof of the car, got into our wetsuits and drove down to Shallow Inlet! Spence had only been on the kayaks once before and that was ages ago, so we weren't sure how he would go, but he was really excited!

It wasn't a very warm day and the sun was behind the clouds but he wasn't scared and didn't mind being on the kayak at all! He sat on with me and Kaz had her own. We only paddled for about 20 minutes though before Spence got too cold and wanted to go back!

We came back, got warm, had lunch then Spence had his sleep and Kaz and I played board games!! It really feels like a holiday now!!

Tomorrow we are leaving early in the morning, driving to Cheryl's house, dropping Spence off, then Kaz and I are having the day and night together before my 6 week scan on Wednesday morning! We are staying in a 5 star hotel in the city near the doctors office so we don't have to drive for hours in the morning! We will have a little celebration and go out for tea and to the movies! I cant wait!
