train day 1

Day 9: And so begins the long journey- 4 nights and just over 3 days on one train, from Irkutsk to Moscow. More of an endurance test than sightseeing. But we did it. Here is where the days get fuzzy, and the timezones mad- we lost 5 hours over 3 days, but had little idea of where exactly the borders between timezones were. Life on a train: you get hungry, you eat; you get tired, you sleep; you get bored, you read/ watch a movie/ play cards/ do a puzzle/ snooze/ chat/ run up and down the train. And that's it.
