berry days continue

today brought my first harvest of my favorite berry of the year - wild blackberries.

ive just pulled some blackberry scones out of the oven, and am looking forward to a glorious breakfast of scones and lemon curd :) next up? a blackberry sauce for pancakes and ice cream!
