... six beans in a pod?
After showing off this lot, I thought I may as well boast about the harvest, 7.5 weeks later. Christmas dinner ones have bean(?) blanched and frozen, enough ready for tomorrow, then harvest and blanch the rest.

I've wondered for some time why them over there call them "Fava" beans, I think I've got it sussed.
A kid I was a college with way back ("Mexican Pete") grew up of Brit parents in Mexico. During one of our interminable natters I learnt that, in dictation, they often have to ask whether it is a "Bay de Vache(?) or a Bay de Burro" as the two sound so much alike.
Add that to the latin Vicia Faba and I think we've got the answer.

Next week, either daily or alternating, I may well be repeating myself, as a sort of primitive time lapse exercise. Unless I see an, otherwise, irresistible blip.
