Plum Wine and heavy lifting

A friend was moving house today so I spent the afternoon and in to the evening helping to shidft heavy boxes down and then up stairs, thankfully a 1st floor flat so not horrendous but still very tiring. After the heavy lifting was done I took along some wine to go with the take away.
