These are the ladies of the UK School Games Teams for Northern Ireland, West Scotland, and East Scotland, and Scottish Young Seniors. Can you see Tooli?

They were having a series of Friendlies pre the start of the UK School Games. The Venue today was Ravenscraig.

When I was in 2nd Year Geography we had a trip to Ravenscraig Steel Works. I touched everything that I wasn't supposed to and ended up looking as if I had spent a day in a mine.

This Amazing Venue has been built on the site of the once industrial steel works.

What a place! It opened in October 2010, and this was the first time I had heard about it. They have a full-sized-indoor football pitch!! Gymnasium, Dance Rooms, Gymnastic Hall, Indoor running Track, Long jump, and outdoor football pitches and running tracks. Looked a tad underused! Maybe come the Commonwealth games!?
