Squiggly bridge
Had some rain vouchers (from a refund for a late train) and decided to go to Glasgow for the day. We walked down to the Clyde, across this bridge, through where the Garden Festival had been many years ago and back across the Squinty bridge.
Than up past Yorkhill Sick Kids Hospital (where I lived and worked over 30 years ago) to the Kelvingrove Museum and Galleries. Before going in we found a very nice restaurant just across the road with Scottish food at sensible prices.
Hadn't been inside the Kelvingrove for many years and was impressed with the way it had been re-done and the information provided - all for free. We were there over 2 hours and then headed back to the station via Kelvingrove Gardens and Sauchiehall Street.
Rather a damp day but interesting. Several of my pics were almost monochrome, including this one, so I turned them fully so.
