Project 3:2 Slow shutter speed

3:1 is fast shutter speed but I didn't have any suitable subjects today and was too tired to go looking for much so it'll have to wait.
However, today it has been quite breezy so I decided to see what effects I could get with the blowing buddleia (no butterflies). I think this is th emost successful.
