Gutted

It was a derelict building, but now it's a smouldering ruin. All the roads around it are closed as there's a danger the building will collapse. The Promenade opposite, where this photo was taken (well actually I was on the beach), is closed. South Parade Pier is closed and the hotel on the right had to be evacuated and is still empty.
