Deep Fried Caterpillar

A lovely young lady called Eira, cooked us a traditional Zambian supper this evening. Felt ashamed that I couldn't even try these caterpillars or the small fish called kapenta. Mr HF and Banana got stuck in though even she only managed one of these little bugs :0(

Another amazing day of new experiences. The visit to Teresa and Peter's new venture being one of them. They are slowly turning dense bush into farmland and also hope to build facilities to serve their community. They only have the most basic of implements, and to see their hard toil was just inspirational. I'm full of admiration for their desire to serve God and their community.
