Message in a bottle
Well things seem quieter here in Ealing after the riots ... There was a mass clean up by local residents who all pulled together to try and repair the damage caused by a bunch of selfish yobs ... I can't comment any further as it infuriates me!
Spent much of today packing for our trip to Armenia Yay! We get to meet up with friends and have a chilled out couple of weeks. Rang mum to see how she is doing at my sisters, all good I'm glad to say, she is enjoying spending time with her great grandchildren who she misses. Recovery is going well so I'm happy.
Shaki has just informed me that it's about 40 deg celsius in Armenia at the moment!!! Eeek! I can't believe I'm getting on a plane again, 24 hrs after getting off a 26 hr flight ... Madness! I still have jet lag from Australia lol ...
The photo above is a souvenir given to me by Robin, a friend in Australia who we visited in Brisbane. The bottle is one and a half inches small tall and she hand wrote the note which is so tiny. The sand and tiny shells come from the local beach. I love it.
I will blip from Armenia and hope you enjoy the pics. Stay safe and take care everyone ;-) xx
