Art, but not as we know it!
This chap works at the edge of the village by the slip road and often attracts the attention of passing traffic. I am oddly taken by the little pig but not enough to buy I'm afraid. I understand the pieces are quite expensive. He uses the caravan as a workshop and I have seen him selling his wares at local county shows. He is in the background wielding his chainsaw, who knows what will be in the line up tomorrow!
I have spent the morning in the Oxfam shop, it was very quiet, possibly due to the very grey weather today. I did manage to find a lovely leather handbag to replace my 'lost' one, not the same colour but makes me feel as if I have regained something else.
Hope August is going to improve, so far it has been poor. Oh well, over to a friend's this evening for a chat and a modest glass of wine.
