Pittenweem Arts Festival
A fab day.
We had a BBQ on Earlsferry beach. It is a great way to chat to folk as everyone stops to talk about the greatness of BBQ's and the tempting aromas. The scenery today was fantastic - great depth and colour in the distance. The views from Pittenweem and St Monans are my favourites.
We went on to the Pittenweem Arts Festival from our BBQ. We parked up at our friends house and mum and dad took up residence at their venue. Mum bought a painting of Elie and Susan and I went off for a wander round the houses - the venues!
All along the harbour wall were these FANTASTIC animal art forms. They were made from "spare parts" - chains, mud flaps, gear levers, petrol tanks, nuts, bolts, screws, brake levers, handles etc from old machines, cars and bikes.
Each form was an animal, bird or reptile fantastically formed and strategically placed on the harbour and the harbour wall. `incredible and very impressive.
Here is ( I think) am eagle. Amazing!
