Vive la Vie

One biscuit is never enough!

I was going to write loads about the ridiculously busy week and day I've had, but then I realised that it would be pretty boring to read. Then I thought it may be interesting for me to look back on next year. So, please don't read any further if you don't want to be bored senseless!

It never ceases to amaze me just how much you can actually fit into a day.

Today:
Have breakfast with friends who have been for a brief visit.
Say goodbye to friends.
Try and take D to the creche on way to work. Creche say need a doctors note to say his chickenpox is not infectious anymore. A happy D goes back home.
Get dropped off at work.
Participate in a day of very interactive workshops regarding the teaching and learning standards expected at work. Meet director and curriculum director - two very clever and inspirational characters.
Manage to finish early at work.
Get tram home.
Play with O and D.
Eat biscuits and desperately try and take some photos as have no blip material yet.
Strip beds and put first load of washing in.
Move D's cot back to his bedroom.
Go to pharmacy to pick up medication for chickenpox to help prevent scarring.
Go to supermarket for supplies.
Feed kids.
Bath kids.
Read stories.
Put kids to bed - O very disappointed that her friend Khadija will not be sleeping in her room tonight, as it was a surprise for her last night.
Go for a run.
Eat tea while watching the final episode of Waking the Dead (which was brill).
Put second load of washing in.
Blip!

That was an exciting read wasn't it! ;)

Oh, and D has been given the all clear by the doctor today, so we face the trauma of returning to the creche tomorrow :(
