Flashback .............

These little Iced Gems take me straight back to my childhood.
I only need to see a packet of these little iced topped biscuits , and I am instantly transported back to being 7 or 8 again.
When off on a school trip, these were a special treat in my lunch box.
It was the way I savoured them and tried to make them last .A bit of a "how do you eat yours ?" dilemma too . Do you eat the sugar and nibble the biscuit ? . Or eat the biscuit and save the sugar till last ? Those were really big decisions at 7 , and to be honest , I still don't know the answer . I am just glad they still make them, and every so often I can pretend to be a child again.
