worlds apart

I didn't blip yesterday and the amount of blipping I did was directly proportional to the amount of my life I wanted to share online. In fact, I almost committed Facebook suicide yesterday as I could no longer see the point of it. However, a message on my "wall" this morning from an old friend, far away in time and space, sending me a song he thought I'd like (I did) cheered me up enough to change my mind.

My tastes in chocolate are very different to Mr. Spitzi's. Where he goes for sickly sweet and milky, I go for rich and bitter. I'm sure that says something about us....but who cares? The main thing is that we know what each other likes and that we're willing to provide it.

I think.

So, hooray for friends - because we can choose them freely and enjoy them wholeheartedly. And we can even marry them, should we wish to.

(in my defence, I had a very late night and was rather pissed so, please forgive drivel and blah, concentrate on the chocolate.)
