Dinner theatre

Dinner while being entertained by actors or singers never really appealed to me. I like to enjoy my food, my company and observe my surroundings. Tonight we had dinner on a terrace in Delfshaven, the little harbor near our house. The sun was shining, the food and beer were great and the view was, well, interesting.

Here two guys were caught drinking beer on the street. (If you look really hard, you can spot the Heineken can). The policewoman gave them a fine, but since they didn't seem to speak Dutch or English, the theatre lasted for quite a while. I wanted to record it, but I didn't want to piss off the cops, so I did it from our place in the audience. The neighbors (who turned out to be delightful New Zealanders visiting their son who lives here - the dad was a fellow Nikon user, such a bond!) understood and ducked away. Thanks mate!

The photo didn't turn out perfect, I know. But I noticed I really prefer to tell a story with my Blip than post the best one. (Well, there are limits...) To prove I did some really nice ones as well, here are my alternatives.
