ruffled preening...

...but only half

something distracted my goose friend... whereas i thought he was going to go into a full stand-up preen, he remained in the water with his feathers sort of half-ruffled... still very pretty against the morning sun coming up reflected on the water.

a busy day today... boo! driving in traffic, which i can't stand and needing to be out and about... i will try not to be anxious and practice the calm i saw in these glorious morning colors...
