Kitsch

I really don't mean to offend anyone, but the technique of a black and white picture with colored elements just doesn't do it for me. It always reminds me of posters where cute little children pose in 19th century clothes with red balloons while kissing. It's just bad taste!

Well, actions speak louder than words. Today this was my only remotely interesting Blipmoment, a sloop that passed our garden this evening. It's always an enjoyable site, these hard working men ;-) The picture was so full with distractions I decided to edit to black and white, but then again the fiery red of the sloop wouldn't come out. I also loved the reflection in the water...

So I took Photoshop's magic wand and started editing. I don't think I will be doing this much, but at least it doesn't make me puke.
