Penny

Been to starbucks at darke circus plymouth for lunch with penny, but the customer service was very shocking the lady was so rude, it was beyond words, I would of walked out if it was not for two male staff who apologised. I have to say it used to be my favourite place, but I don't think I will go there again, and i always go to this Starbucks when in Plymouth, with my friends. I was even shouted at because i was going to take a photo in the store, i was told this was not allowed... I never knew that you couldn't that photos in starbucks... i was shocked and every one just looked at me ( I felt very awkward) . I'm a shy person unless i know someone, or i'm in uniform.. so i drank my coffee and ate my sandwich as fast i could to get out of the shop..

On the good side of things i did get new trainers, and a new photoframe for a picture a friend has done for me..
