What can it bee?

Sunday afternoon. Heavy showers of rain and chilly. Perfect weather for the local garden club barbecue and bee walk!

After a wonderful barbecue in the doorway of an old farm steading, the hardy ones amongst up togged up and our host took us for our promised bee walk. We spotted several types of bees, including tiny carder bees and heath bumble bees.

Such a shame it was such a poor day, but all we still enjoyed it.
