The departure lounge / waiting area for Eurostar at St Pancras is not particularly exciting or glamorous. Lille Europe station however is amazing, simply because it is abroad, and in particular, get this, very French. It also has lots of very nice, civilized and entirely pleasant to travel on TGV trains going through it. We caught one of them to the station at Disneyland Paris.

It's Bastille Day, and it's hot and sunny.
